Department of Premium Care Services (On-Request Services)
INTRODUCTION
The Department of Premium Care Services was established on 13 May 2025 as a new department encompassing many different specialties.
Its function is to provide high-quality patient treatment and care. The department has been equipped with new, modern equipment and a team of healthcare staff with in-depth expertise, meeting patients' needs.
Patients served: the department admits patients with all conditions, provides fast examination and treatment, holds consultations with the hospital's leading experts, and directly examines patients and issues timely, effective medical orders.
The department is located on the 9th floor of Block E of the Hospital's main building, with 16 patient rooms and other functional rooms. It currently has 20 beds, with full amenities in a clean, airy and modern setting.
At the end of August 2025, the Department also opened an on-demand clinic area to meet the need for fast, effective examinations, ensuring convenient, high-quality service for all patient requests. The clinic area is located on the ground floor of Block E.

- The Department of Premium Care Services is a model implemented under the policy of mobilizing non-state investment in healthcare (public–private partnership), aiming to meet the demand for medical services and achieve patient satisfaction.
- With a professional, dynamic, enthusiastic and highly skilled team and the motto: Welcoming - Dedicated - Attentive, the Department of Premium Care Services helps reduce overcrowding in the hospital's treatment departments and enhances the hospital's reputation and service quality through high-tech services that meet patients' growing expectations.

Services and techniques:
The Department of Premium Care Services offers a full range of modern services and advanced equipment: on-demand treatment and care services, and hygienic in-room meals providing balanced nutrition. It provides outpatient and inpatient care, health counseling for the public, periodic health check-up packages, advanced health check-ups, early cancer screening,... In particular, patients are examined and treated by experienced Heads and Deputy Heads of departments, and may request a specific doctor to examine and treat them in any specialty,… with a dedicated, professional and welcoming nursing team focused on patient satisfaction.
EQUIPMENT
Facilities:
The department provides inpatient care backed by in-depth expertise, tailored to each patient's needs and budget.
Patient rooms are fully furnished with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with hot and cold water, plus wifi, in a clean, airy and friendly care environment.
Several room types are available: single, double, triple and four-bed rooms.

Current staffing: The department has 16 staff members, including 01 Head of Department, 01 Head Nurse and 14 nurses.
