1. Purpose
This procedure sets out the steps for registering, monitoring and evaluating the results of science, technology and innovation tasks carried out by individuals and units of Tra Vinh General Hospital, ensuring compliance with the regulations and reporting requirements of the Provincial Department of Health.

3. Legal Basis
- Law on Science, Technology and Innovation 2025.
- Government Decree No. 268/2025/NĐ-CP dated 14/10/2025 detailing and guiding certain articles of the Law on Science, Technology and Innovation regarding innovation; encouraging science, technology and innovation activities in enterprises; recognition of innovation centers and innovative startup support; recognition of innovative startup individuals and enterprises; and innovative startup infrastructure, networks and ecosystems.
Procedure
Task Registration
The principal investigator defines the content, objectives, timeline and expected results of the task and registers it according to the guidelines.

Prepare Registration Forms
Complete Form No. 01 and Form No. 02 in accordance with Official Letter No. 5825/SYT-KHTC dated 19/6/2026 of the Vinh Long Provincial Department of Health
Compilation, Review and Reporting
The principal investigator submits the dossier to the Hospital's focal unit for review, compilation and reporting as required. (Registration dossier and forms)
Task Implementation
The principal investigator implements the registered content, ensuring progress and quality and fully archiving all related records, documents and evidence. (Records, documents and evidence)
Finalization of Results
Upon completion of the task, the principal investigator compiles the results, products and supporting documents as required. (Results report and supporting documentation)
Evaluation of Task Results
The principal investigator carries out the procedure for evaluating the results of science, technology and innovation tasks not funded by the state budget in accordance with regulations.
